Texas HERO monitors the legislative process and is prepared to represent the interests of its members in matters of legislation and regulation on national, state and local levels. We encourage members who plan to stay in business to get involved. 

Texas HERO promotes the benefits of energy conservation initiatives and energy efficiency incentive programs to homeowners, homebuilders and businesses.
